4. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds may take several business days or longer depending on supplier approval, bank timelines, card networks, and payment method processing.
5. Change Fees and Service Fees
Changes, cancellations, or refund processing may involve supplier fees and Quick Book Travel service fees when disclosed during booking or permitted by the applicable service terms.
6. Travel Credits
Some suppliers may issue travel credits instead of cash refunds. Credits are usually subject to expiry dates, route rules, name restrictions, and supplier terms.
